Dispatching
Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD)
Streets CAD offers scheduling, assignment and event information. It allows dispatchers to quickly look up driver schedules, send canned and free text messages to drivers, and track the roadworthy status of every vehicle. In addition, Streets CAD electronically tracks and stores events ranging from schedule and route deviations, to excessive speeding or idling, accidents and driver emergencies.
Automatic Vehicle Location (AVL)
With the Streets AVL map, dispatchers can track the real-time location and statuses of all vehicles under their care. Specific vehicles can be grouped by route, status, region or agency and added to map layers. Address and street look up features allow call-takers to quickly and accurately respond to 'Where's my bus?' questions.
Trip Planning
Streets allows agencies to easily export their schedule data in Google's General Transit Feed Specification (GTFS) format, for use in Google Maps™. Google Maps allows passengers to create query-based itineraries and offers multiple ways to view routes. In addition to seamless trip planning, riders have access to detailed text descriptions for directions and bus stop locations.
Mobile Computing
Running on Mentor Ranger®, the mobile computer installed on a bus, Streets Mobility provides real-time schedule and route adherence status, alerting drivers when arriving early or late to a stop. Mobility controls on-board signs, APCs and annunciators, and enables real-time communication between drivers and dispatchers.
Data Access
Streets' open architecture and web services enable integration to third-party applications and eliminates the need for costly interfaces. You control and own the data generated by your system.

Real-time Scheduling
Streets Schedule
Streets Schedule is transit scheduling software and can be used as a standalone application or as part of the Streets suite to facilitate trip generation, rostering, bidding, bus stop creation and route planning. It also lets agencies optimize schedules with easy-to-use graphical blocking and run cutting features. Streets Schedule can be used to geocode routes for schedule/route adherence tracking and reporting.
Schedule Import Tool
Easily import schedules from third-party automated schedule and run cutting software.
Reporting
Access a comprehensive suite of standard and customizable reports including NTD, on-time performance, schedule adherence, vehicle location, and idling reports. These reports can be integrated with your in-house report writing tool, and you can correlate actual events with scheduled routes and events. View historical driver/vehicle activity data, and automatically process and email reports to the appropriate personnel.
Passenger Information
Empower your passengers with Mentor MyRide™ by giving them the ability to access real-time bus location and arrival information on your website or their cell and smart phones. Give passengers an interactive view of your agency's entire service area, and let them easily navigate relevant information.
Automated Annunciation
Streets automatically interfaces with T-Box, Mentor's text-to-speech annunciator. Mentor T-Box provides next-stop announcements and updates onboard LED signs to riders inside a bus. Outside the bus, T-Box identifies the route and destination to passengers waiting at a stop when the door opens. Announcements can be broadcast in English, French or Spanish.
