Vehicle Tracking

View the current location of all the vehicles in your fleet on a real-time map. Know at a glance where your vehicles are and what they are doing. Additionally, with historical reporting, users can see where a vehicle was at any given time or see any vehicles that passed through a particular place. A vehicle’s movements can be re-traced throughout the day.

Driver Behavior Monitoring

The dashboard allows you to quickly monitor driver behavior with widgets for idling, speeding and vehicle usage, indicating who the top offenders are. Mentor Fleet supports real-time notifications and can email you exactly when a policy violation occurs. Monitoring driver speed encourages safer driving practices, allows you to identify at-risk drivers, and can reduce accident liability.

Software Integration

Mentor Fleet integrates with third-party software systems using a number of different data exchange options including CSV imports/exports and web services for real-time data integration. Mentor has implemented software integration solutions with Microsoft AX, Oracle and other major software packages. Mentor works with each of our clients to ensure the software integration meets their needs and matches the specific customer use of these external applications.

Work Order Management

Drivers can electronically manage work orders, update inventory details and track job statuses using mobile devices such as rugged in-vehicle computers, laptops or smart phones. Electronic work orders decrease time spent on data entry, speed the billing cycle and increase data accuracy.

Maintenance

Easily set maintenance reminders for the vehicles in your fleet. This can be used by fleet managers or maintenance personnel to schedule activities such as oil changes and tire rotations.

Field Worker Safety

When workers are away from their vehicle, it is important for them to be able to easily and consistently check in with the office. Workers can check in manually or with an intrinsically-safe work-alone pendant. In the office, staff can monitor the status of all lone workers and are immediately alerted when a worker misses a check-in or an emergency arises.
