In addition, Chris has worked extensively with technology developers to help them refine their fleet management products. In his most recent role as transit product manager, he focuses on the business processes of fixed-route and paratransit fleets, and the solutions needed to meet their objectives. Chris is a technology specialist with an in-depth understanding of how it all works together.

As a senior project manager, Naomi has worked with vehicle fleets for over seven years, helping owners integrate fleet management technologies into their operations. This includes project management, training, overseeing vehicle installations, testing, assisting on-site with the ‘go-live’ phase, and providing long-term support. Having implemented technology into over 15 sites with anywhere from five to 500 hundred vehicles, and assisting with dozens of other projects, Naomi is an expert in best practices for successful technology implementation.

Pat is a software developer who has built fleet-based software and architecture
for the past ten years. He’s an authority on fleet dispatch software and the nuances of multiple data networks. One of Pat’s specialties is developing applications that optimize network usage to reduce monthly data costs for fleet operations. Currently overseeing a team of 16 software developers, Pat is focused on designing an enterprise CAD/AVL fleet dispatch application to aid in mobile workforce management.
