Sales Engineer - Mobile Workforce Management

Mentor Engineering is looking for a Sales Engineer to be a primary technical resource for our mobile workforce/fleet management solutions. While managing the technical aspects of the selling process to our customers, this role will be in our Enterprise division with a focus on the Oil & Gas field service market.

Responsibilities include:

• Be a product expert resource
• Support to the sales staff in delivering product demonstrations
• Be able to respond to the technical elements of proposals
• Provide technical advice & solution gap analysis
• Be the liaison between sales and R&D for solutions architecting
• Liaise with business partners & subcontractors for solution design

Requirements:

• Technical Diploma or an Engineering Degree
• Experience in similar position for a minimum of 3 years
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in wireless mobile workforce management an asset but not mandatory
